GDPR – It’s a hot potato right now, and many businesses aren’t prepared for the implications that the new data regulation brings on May 25th. It’s important to be ready for the deadline, and understand how GDPR affects you and your business.
Fortunately, we have just the event for you: GDPR needn’t be difficult or complicated nor be a constant worry, not when you have free, expert advice and resources you can draw on.
We’re excited to announce that Human Capital Department is holding a lunchtime GDPR Forum on Thursday 26th April between 12:30 and 2PM
The event will be a “pop-up” in the Zuckerberg suite at Yours Business Networks, 18 Tuesday Market Place, King’s Lynn. PE30 1JW and a number of experts will speak for a few minutes each, about the different aspects of GDPR & the services they can offer to local organisations. Speakers include;
- Alison Pena from Human Capital Department
- Bethan Roles from Breathe-HR.
- Guy Pye from Uptech IT
- Thomas Olsen from MyLocal
- Dean Stannard from Swinton Business.
This is a free event including free buffet lunch, sponsored by Human Capital Department. There will an opportunity to talk to the speakers at the end and to network with other businesses too. Places are limited and we expect it to be very popular as many businesses are concerned about implementing GDPR before the fast-approaching deadline.
